Nature Walks

The advocacy group is interested not only in protecting the park and improving its condition for its human users, but also in making sure that the park's natural resources, including its flora and fauna, are protected. The park is home to linear-leaved milkweed, and long-leaved bluet, which are both Threatened species, and sandplain flax, a Special Concern species, according to the Massachusetts Endangered Species Act. In addition, the park contains vernal pools and upland habitats which are essential to the survival of several amphibian species.

Meetings

The Prospect Hill Park Advocacy Group meets periodically. See Calendar for topics, dates, and locations.

Park Clean-ups

In the past, we have sponsored park clean ups.
